The Challenge: Located near the lake, this fence was exposed to constant moisture, leading to heavy black mold and green algae buildup. The organic growth was hiding the natural beauty of the wood and making the poolside area look weathered.

The Solution: We applied a low-pressure wood restoration process. This safely lifted the grime without "scarring" the wood grain. Our specialized cleaners killed the spores at the root to prevent the mold from returning quickly in the humid Metairie climate.

The Result: The wood was restored to its natural, warm tone, perfectly matching the customer's gazebo and poolside aesthetic.
